1, Browse our website and pick the items which you like, then send us the following information by mail or message:
* SHOES ID and SHOES SIZE (if you can not find what you want in our product list, you also can send us the photo and we will check whether it is available or not)
* Quantity you want
* Your contact details (Full name, Address, Zipcode, City, Country and Telephone)
2, We offer you the price details
3, You send the MTCN(Money Transfer Control Number), amount, your full name to us after money transfered
4, We confirm the payment and send you the shoes by door to door courier in 1 days.
5, We will send the tracking number to you immediately after shoes sent.
6, Pls Give us feedback after receiving the shoes.
Price:
Pls see the "Price" column. Shipping cost and insurance are included. We are a big wholesaler and can offer customer lowest rate. The more you order, the better rate you can get. If you have any doubt about price, do not hesitate to let us know.
Payment Method:
It is highly recommended that you send the payment through western union or money gram. You can choose one of them at your convenience. More details please see "Payment" column.
Products:

Minimum order:
For wholesale business, the minimum order of our shoes is 12 pairs (a carton) per style and color. But we accept small order such as 1 or 2 pairs for the new customers in order to let the customers to experience the top quality of our shoes and the best and prompt service.
For retail business, the minimum order is unlimited. One pair is also accepted.
Delivery period:
Usually,we will send off the goods within 2 working days after payment is confirmed; Meanwhile, we will send you the tracking numbers for tracking. Normally, it will take 5-7 working days to reach you.
Shipment:
We can provide all kinds of shipping ways as per customer's requirement, such as by sea, by air, by express(EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX ,SODEXI,UPS). Pls give us a full valid address for safe and prompt delivery and make sure you are available when the goods arrive. Please see the payment form to get more detail.
Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with our shoes, we will give you a refund or re-send a new one for replacement at your choice, but you have to pay the shipping cost. If you have any doubt about the products reveived or the service, pls let us know and we will handle your complaint at once.
Customs policy:
For the customs clearance, we have many methods and experiences to get it through, so your package will always reach you safely. In case your package was detained at your country customs, we will try to let it release, if not, we will re-send a new one to you, but the shipping fees is not refundable. If the packages have problem at Chinese customs, we will sent the goods again, you don't need to pay any other charge.
Make sure you are available to sign for the pakage when arriving. If NOT, the pakage will be kept in your local courier within some time. You can use the tracking number to check where it is.
